Thanks Jenn Opitz for 11 years of volunteer service as Bar & Concession Manager!

In addition to 9 years as a volunteer bartender,  Jennifer Opitz served as the Grande Cache Curling Club’s volunteer bar and concession manager for the past 11 years.  Jennifer donated countless hours sourcing and transporting bar and concession supplies to the curling club, ensuring the club’s coolers and concession supplies were always stocked for league play and bonspiels.  She routinely contributed 30+ hours over the course of a bonspiel weekend cooking and bartending.  Jennifer also spent countless hours behind the scenes year round ensuring the club’s operations ran smoothly, and always operated according to the rules and regulations of the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission and Alberta Health Services.  Jennifer stepped down as bar and concession manager in January of 2017 and will be missed.  Thank you Jennifer for your 11 years of dedicated volunteer service to the Grande Cache Curling Club!
